After all the snow and rain we had this winter, this footage came in handy to inspect the condition of the spires and roof!

I had plenty of footage of the belfry that didn't make the cut but was very helpful in inspecting the water damage. 


Saint Joseph's Retreat House in Milton, MA.

Quiet, peaceful repose for prayer and contemplation. Run by the Oblates of the Virgin Mary, OMV.  Weekly and Weekend retreats are offered as well as Spiritual Directions to directees.

While taking this footage, I not only had to be aware of planes along the flight path into Logan Airport, but an eagle has made his nest in the trees behind the chapel. Luckily I did not see him that day! 

Canterbury Lane, Hingham, MA

Lovely home in Hingham, MA with beautiful  views of Nantasket Beach in the distance.  Plenty of unobstructed airspace to move around.

This video is being used to highlight the house and property for AirBnB rentals.

My House

This footage was tricky and challenging. Lots of trees and power lines around.

This was just a quick promo under 1 minute for Facebook post. Footage speeded up thus a little shaky in some spots.

Also my house is on the flight path into Logan and Medivac and traffic helicopters fly overhead all the time. A drone must yield to all manned aircraft so I could not fly too high.

​I took this as a hobbyist but as a certified pilot, I will need permission from the Control Tower in the future.
